It better for me to be silent

دخترا من تو این چند سال کلی برای مربی و برنامه‌های مختلف هزینه کردم ولی هیچ‌وقت نتیجه‌ای که میخواستم نگرفتم.

یکی از دوستام فیتامین رو معرفی کرد و الان بعد از ۶ ماه واقعاً تغییر رو حس میکنم، حتی اطرافیانم هم متوجه شدن 😅

خوبیش اینه که هم تو خونه میشه تمرین کرد هم باشگاه. گفتم اینجا معرفی کنم شاید به دردتون بخوره ❤️

Life goes on, my dear. Forget it and learn from it. I knew someone who lost his family , but he is in a better place now. But still remember everything. I know you are never going to forget, but you got a lesson of it and try to live better. Trust in the destiny that God is giving you and try to do the right thing.
