Alignment: left sided convexity scoliosis is seen

Spinal canal developmental stenosis: None.

Anatomy: No sign of transitional vertebra

Vertebral marrow: Normal

End plates: Normal

Posterior neural arch integrity: intact

Disc height and hydration: decreased at L5-S1 level

Facet joint left/ right: Normal

Disc morphology: posterior central disc extrusion at the L5-s1 level creat pressure effect on thecal sac No sign of herniation in the other levels

Central canal: Normal in the other levels

Subarticular recess left/right: Normal

Neural foramen left/ right: Normal

Subarachnoid Visualized spinal cord: Normal in caliber and signal

Nerve roots in applicable area: Normal
