5. Eat the pills.
6. Drink whole milk
7. Eat nuts
8. whole-grain bread
9. Reduce stress (Get rid of girls)
10. Set reasonable goals
11. Eat mass suplements with high protein and fat
12. Cut down physical activity
13. Don't shake your hands and legs
14. Drink fruit juice
15. Eat peanut butter
16. Drink chocolate milk
17. Eat avacado
18. Eat breakfast cereal(real cereal :/) with whole milk
19. Oatmeal
